Information you give us through the booking enquiry form or by email, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and event details. When you submit an enquiry we store it securely with a reference number, plus a one way scrambled version of your network address to block spam. We keep anonymous counts of ticket link clicks with no personal data. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate optional box on the form.

To respond to venue hire and event enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, share event information you request, keep our venue safe and meet legal, sanctioning and licensing obligations.

We process your data with your consent, to take steps before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or where required by law.

We never sell personal data. We share it only with partners and suppliers needed to deliver your event (for example ticketing, security or AV Rig providers), with federations or sanctioning bodies where required, or with authorities when the law requires it.

Tickets for BATL professional shows are sold through BATL Promotions. Their own privacy policy applies to purchases made on their website.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and contract records for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing bookings@emiratesfightclub.ae.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
