Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Emirates Fight Club website and to general use of our venue. Venue hire and event operation services are also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if there is any conflict.

Content on this site is for general information. Event details, fight cards and line ups can change without notice. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation or copy its content for commercial use.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking for Straight Venue Hire or full event operation is only confirmed once a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is paid.

Cancellation, deposit and refund terms for venue hire are set out in each booking agreement.

Tickets for partner events are sold and governed by the relevant promoter, including BATL Promotions. Entry is subject to venue rules, age restrictions, security checks and the instructions of staff. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Combat sports carry inherent risk. All events at the venue operate under the rules of the relevant federation or sanctioning body. Guests attend at their own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Events may be filmed, photographed and broadcast. By attending you accept that you may appear in footage used by EFC and its partners.

The Emirates Fight Club name, logo, images and website content belong to EFC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. Partner logos remain the property of their owners.

To the extent permitted by law, EFC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
